When selecting a different currency, Shyzi will convert the price based on the current exchange rate. Please note that exchange rates fluctuate, so your order amount may vary slightly from time to time.

Currency Matching:

Once you select a currency, the system will automatically match you with a payment method that supports that currency. Please ensure that the selected payment method accepts payments in your selected currency.

Is paying with a credit card secure?

Of course. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. All information is encrypted and transmitted directly to a top-tier, secure electronic vault via 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

My payment failed. What should I do next?

This payment failure may be due to the following reasons:

My credit card was charged twice. What should I do?

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
