How to Select a Currency:

On the Shyzi website, you’ll find a currency selector. Clicking the Select button will display a list of supported currencies. Select the currency that best suits your region.

Currencies include, but are not limited to, the US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), HK Dollar  (HKD), Japanese Yen (JPY), and Australian Dollar (AUD).

Exchange Rate Fluctuations:

When selecting a different currency, Shyzi will convert the price based on the current exchange rate. Please note that exchange rates fluctuate, so your order amount may vary slightly from time to time.

Currency Matching:

Once you select a currency, the system will automatically match you with a payment method that supports that currency. Please ensure that the selected payment method accepts payments in your selected currency.

Is paying with a credit card secure?

Of course. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. All information is encrypted and transmitted directly to a top-tier, secure electronic vault via 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

My payment failed. What should I do next?

This payment failure may be due to the following reasons:

1. Incorrect payment information

2. Network and server issues

3. Credit limit

If you wish to proceed with your purchase, you can view your pending orders in your account section (it’s the person-shaped icon in the upper right corner of the page).

My credit card was charged twice. What should I do?

In this case, please feel free to contact our customer service. They will be happy to assist you in investigating the issue and report it to our payment gateway.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Currently, we don’t offer COD, but rest assured, we’re working on it, so stay tuned!

How long will it take to verify my payment?
