The following terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) apply to all orders placed by the customer (“you”) at the Shyzi online shop website (the “Website”).

2. Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 You can browse all the items in our online shop as a visitor. You will not be asked to sign up, log in, or provide any personal data for the purpose of browsing the Website.

2.2 To place an order, you need to register as a member. To create a personal account, your email address, full name, and password are required. Once registered, you will only need to enter your email and password for future logins. You can update your personal data in “My Account” and “Shipping Address” anytime after logging in.

2.3 You can select individual items (including color and size) available in the online shop and place your order through the Website. You will also be asked to confirm your awareness of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2.4 Necessary information required for delivery, including email, country/region, first name, last name, phone number, district, region, and full address, is required for the order. You will then be shown a summary of shipping address, order details, and price for your final check before proceeding with payment.

2.5 You can select a Credit Card when placing an order. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page.

2.6 After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated acknowledgment email (the “Acknowledgment”) confirming receipt of your order. The Acknowledgment does not constitute a purchase agreement; it merely documents that we have received your order.

2.7 We reserve the right to decline your order. We are under no obligation to conclude a contract based solely on your order. Your order is accepted upon dispatch of the goods, at which point you will receive a notification via email.
