Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Returns outside of this condition may be refused. You have up to thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Free Returns:
Free returns are offered only for defective or incorrect products. If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind or sizing issue), you may be required to cover the return shipping fees and any associated taxes.

Return Charges:
Unless the return is due to product defect or incorrect shipment, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, including shipping fees. For returns outside Hong Kong, you may also be required to pay customs duties or taxes, which are non-refundable. Even if the order is returned, we cannot waive or reimburse any such costs.

Return Processing:
We aim to process returns quickly. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. If you do not receive a notification of your refund after this period, please contact us to follow up.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us:
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return request. We will respond within 2 business days. If you do not hear back, kindly check your spam folder or contact us again.

Return Shipping:
You will need to handle the return shipping. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your returned items safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.

Repack the Items:
Please ensure the returned items are in their original packaging. If you received a return label, kindly print and attach it to the package. The items should be securely repacked to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Processing:
Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. We will process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Issuance:
After your return is processed, we will notify you via email, and your refund will be issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Refund Policy

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the returned item, but no later than 14 days.

Partial Returns:
If you choose to keep part of your order and only return that part, any applicable fees will not be refunded.

Original Payment Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made via a credit card, the refund may take a few days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.

Important Notes

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Gift Returns:
If you received an item as a gift, the return process remains the same. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Damaged or Missing Items:
In case of a damaged or missing item upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to assist you with claims regarding missing or damaged items.
